General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
You had taken almost all the medications to control allergic cold/ sore throat . I would suggest few more additions from prevention point of view,
- Stay away from allergens ( which instigate allergic reaction )-
- Known with your experience / observations of the things that
stimulate & cause signs of cold.( sneezing/ watering of nose )
- Found in allergy screening test ( done at allergy specialist doctor's
office.( common allergens being- dust( all types ), fumes, strong
fragrances, smoke, extreme temperatures, pollen, sour & cold
eatables)
- Start desensitization treatment for allergy under allergy specialist's care
- Use of steroid nasal spray for prevention .. following exposure to allergen
- Inhalation of plain warm vapor & saling gargles
Thus with self care & expert's help you would succeed in combating the
trouble..
Thanks,
I find this answer helpful
