Hi I have a problem about sleep for long time. I always dream and make me not enough to sleep but I cannot sleep longer too. Last few week I keep woke up at. 1 o'clock. And could not get back to sleep anymore. It made me have hard time on the day. How can I get better sleep?
Hi Dear, Are you having some other medical problems like diabetes , hypertension and thyroid.Are you having excessive thoughts before going to sleep. Maintain proper sleep hygiene. 1) go to bed at regular time. 2)don't use stimulants like tea coffee and smoking just before going to bed 3)stop watching tv half hr before going to bed. 4)do some light exercise in evening. 5)Have dinner at least 2 hour before going to bed.
