Cat Scan showed polypoid mucosal thickening in left sphenoid sinus . How is this treated? Is it serious? 53 yr old female, many prior sinus infections.

do not panic.sphenoid sinus is a space in your skull bone and you have been diagnosed with a polyp or outgrowth of tissue is this space.this is treated with an endoscopic sinus is a very advanced technique with minimal complications.
