My dad has got piles and it is internally paining but there is no signs of bleeding , so we have preferred homeopathy treatments but still there is no improvement as the pain is rising day by day. So could you guide us what steps should be taken except surgeries?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Internal haemorrhoids which your dad is having can be now be managed conservatively.
Since it is not bleeding, the pain can be reduced by following means:
1. Take analgesic medication like Ibuprofen after food.
2. Apply Lignocaine gel locally.
3. Take stool softener like Isapgol Husk powder dissolved in water twice daily to relieve constipation.
4. Eat soft and easily digestible foods, drink good quantity of water and eat fruits and vegetables rich in dietary fibres.
If the symptoms does not get relieved by adopting to above measures, it would advisable to undergo cryosurgery.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
