General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern. It could be due to deficiency of the iron, zinc, and calcium. I would suggests to undergo complete blood count, Hb, stool analysis, serum calcium and zinc levels. According to the tests report, iron and calcium supplements will be helpful. Take revital multivitamin tablet for 2 to 3 months. Symptoms will disappear after the treatment. Eating raw rice does not cause stone formation. It may cause bloating and cramping.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
