How Can Peripheral Neuropathy Be Treated?

How can neuropathy pain arising from spine and radiating to legs be treated. It is a case of degenerative discount disease with scoliosis operated with screws and plates 8years ago. Now complains of severe pain. MRI shows nerve compression. Are there are any injections given or nerve block to be done to relieve pain. Please s advice.

Hello,
The medications typically used for neuropathy are gabapentin and lyrica. If they do not work then sometimes steroid injections at the site of nerve conpression can give some relief.
