General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Disha Majumdar, Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.

Pearly penile papules typically are asymptomatic benign lesions which gradually become less noticeable with advancing age and thus treatment is usually not required.

You need to consult a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment.

It can be removed successfully by ablation using carbon dioxide laser or electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery effectively.

Hope these answer your queries.

Wishing you best of your health.

A feed back is appreciated.
