How Can Paranoia Along With Anxiety And Depression Be Treated?

My wife has along history of anxiety and depression spawned from a very disfunctional upbringing . She was sexually abused by her stepfather, and her Mother let it go on for sometime. She is55 now and has under gone treatment for several years. This summer her behavior took a drastic turn. She claimed the neighbors were listening to are conversations and spreading rumours. She has become extremely paranoid and sometimes delusional. I have her in the card of Safe Harbor mental health. They have her on anti sychotic meds. It s been 2 weeks and her symptoms seem worse. Iam concerned it may be a physical issue not mental mainly of the way it came on.
