How Can Panic Attacks, Mental Instability With Sleeping Problems Be Treated?
i really messed up last night and i need some advice i don't normally take drugs but at 11am yesterday i took a zoloft then at 11pm i drank 2 long islands then at about 3am i snorted a couple of lines of pure mdma but i think it was cut with meth or speed or something because i am having panic attacks and i'm mentally unstable atm i cant seem to get my mind to rest to go to sleep is there anything i can eat or do to feel better? my heart is racing thankyou
