Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your hemorrhoids (Piles).

You need to change the little bit of your life style. Take much fibrous fruits and vegetables and avoid pulses and red meat.
Every morning during defecation don't apply too much pressure, don't ignore the natural call at time.

For pain you can use Local anesthetic gel on your lower side. Nitroglycerin can also be helpful.

But the best way is to opt for surgical intervention though there are many non invasive surgical procedures related to treat Piles nowadays like, banding, sclerotherpy, etc but have little success rate compared to surgery.

Hope my answer will help you and write down to us further if you feel any further assistance needed.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
