General Surgeon 's  Response
Varicocele of the testes can definitely be surgically treated. Once surgery is done, please do sterile daily dressings, and use a good fitting undergarment to support the testes. Sutures are usually removed on the 7th day. You would be relieved of pain and discomfort after surgery in a week or ten days time. Please consult a Urologist or a General surgeon for the surgical management.
