How Can Pain And Stiffness In The Legs Be Treated?
yes, perhaps you can help me. In the last 2 years the leg and back muscles that I use all the time have become much stiffer and sore after exercise. Stretching does not help. Massage (myofascial release ) works for a short time only . I have been taking amitriptylene 12,5 mrg and zopiclone 2,5 mgr for years for sleep disorder and mild fibromyalgia . Could these drugs make me feel worse? Thanks for your help. Danielle
Dear the stiffness or soreness may be due to fibromyalgia or delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).This soreness typically occurs if you started a new workout routine or boosted the intensity of what you already do, such as going from running on flat surfaces to running hills.it may worsen in iron deficiency anemia, excessive caffeine intake, smoking, restlessness leg syndrome patients, hyperthyroidism, electrolyte imbalance patients.please check above risk factor s by investing.you may need little dose hike of antidepressants. please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
