How Can Pain And Stiffness In The Hips Be Treated?

Good evening. I am a 67 year old woman, generally in excellent health. However, I do have the beginnings of osteoarthritis in my hips. I do yoga and Pilates regularly, but I am still stiff and in some pain. Is there anything I can take to alleviate the pain?
