How Can Pain Across The Stitches After Normal Delivery Be Treated?
Hi. I just gave birth naturally 2weeks ago and suffered,second degree cuts due to the fact that my baby was 4,5kg! My stitches are still painful and pus passes through the stitches as well. What can i do to treat this and what can i do to minimise the pain? It is unbearable!

Infection of wound causes pain and pus, so get the pus examined for culture and sensitivity, meanwhile take antibiotic on empirical basis after discussing your doctor. Once the culture and sensitivity report is available antibiotics can be changed accordingly . you can take NSAID drug to control pain.
