Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been taking Lexapro 20 mgs for years with no side effects , but within the last year I have increased pain from osteoarthritis in my spine and neck, and recently with my new job involving standing for 8 hours, my feet and hands have major constant arthritis pain . Is there a way to increase the milligrams of Lexapro or something to add for relief ? Thanks!

General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. I don't advise to increase dose of lexapro. I would suggest other pain medications like lornoxicam. If not improving then paracetamol can be added to it. Thanks.
