Hi Sonali, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Your History suggests you are suffering from Excessive Body hair and I appreciate your efforts to know its Medical term (Hirsutism). Hirsutism may arise from excess male hormones called androgens, primarily testosterone Or It may be hereditary. A combination of self-care and medical therapies provides effective treatment for many women and girls with hirsutism. Do you have any other symptoms like Decreased Breast size, Increased Muscle mass? It is called Virilization. You should be getting yourself examined by a Gynecologist so that she can examine you and suggest a blood work up including testosterone levels. Ultrasound or a CT Scan of the ovaries or adrenal glands may be performed to check for tumors or cysts. Treatment for hirsutism often involves a combination of self care methods, hair removal therapies and medications, which include, LASER therapy, oral contraceptives, Anti androgens, topical hair removal creams.
Exercise regularly and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green leafy vegetables and maintain a healthy weight. You can do regular bleaching if the bleach does not cause any skin irritation in you as it makes hair less visible.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
