How Can One Get Rid Of Bumps On The Vaginal Surface ?
Hello, I just came off my period and I discovered I had 5 bumps on the surface of my vagina . I know that they arent STDs. I googled and researched and assumed they were cysts . The bumps do not have a head. They are under the surface like under my skin . I need to know how to get rid of them. It is irritating and hurts to walk or sit.
Hello, I think you should visit a gynecologist in person & show your lesions. Usually a trained eye can diagnose most lesions clinically, but in some cases, a biopsy may be necessary to rule out other conditions with a similar appearance. It could be anything from a simple hair follicle infection, sebaceous cyst, skin reaction to minor trauma or a STI like herpes. So treatment will depend on the diagnosis. It is important not to touch or try to remove the substance inside these cysts to prevent further pain, swelling, and infection. Most often these cysts disappear on their own and are not dangerous but sometimes these may grow large enough to interfere with your routines. When this happens, surgical removal may become necessary. Small but symptomatic & inflamed cysts can often be treated with antibiotics but all this need a diagnosis & doctors visit. May God help you.
