Hi i am Suffering from Fissure in ANo problem, what are the steps that i can take individually take in order to prevent or get completely cured without going for any surgical tratetment, my age is 25 years

fissure in ano usually present in person having constipation,u start taking high fibre diet,lot of water,excersise,take 2 tsf of isabghol 2 times daily,dont strian during defecation.if problemremains take laxative to,apply nitrogesic cream locally
