How Can Night Sweats During Menopause Be Treated?

Currently, I am taking cream for menopause for the past 4 years and I am having/ still having night sweats. The doctor says my estrogen, progesterone leaves are fine. So why am I still having nights sweats. I am just wondering, if I should replace the cream with pellets or transdermal

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Stop drinking alcohol
-Stop consuming products with caffeine
-Stop eating spicy foods
-Stop being in a hot room
-Stop feeling stressed or anxious
-Stop wearing tight clothing
-Stop smoking or being exposed to cigarette smoke
-dress in layers, even on the coldest days, so you can adjust your clothing to how you’re feeling
-sipp ice water at the start of a hot flash
-wear cotton night clothes and using cotton bed linens
-keep an ice pack on your bedside table
