i have a really unusual nervous problem where i cant walk properly,talk propaly,look normal etc.and it only happens when i get nervous,which is 90% of the time,even when im alone it happens.what can i do to be able 2 live a normal life and how did i get so bad off?

They are supposed to be the best judges of those situations. Ask them to monitor your behavior.Ask them to watch you. Take those opinions into consideration. If they say, there is nothing wrong with you, just accept it. If they too say there is something wrong, consult a psychologist.
