Understanding your concern. As per your query your grand daughter have symptoms of nasal congestion which seems to be due to flu or common cold. I would suggest you to take preventive measures. Give diet rich in vitamin B12. Maintain complete hygiene and give water water to sip. apply mist humidifiers in room. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit pediatrician without any delay and get it examined. Go for blood test and start treatment after complete examination.
