How Can My Husband Get Rid Of Lethargy ?
my husband is 35 yrs old n now a days he is getting very lazy 4 all da time wat might b da reason goes to office 4 9 to10 hrs n his is field work is dis da reason complains of back pain n tiered ness always n feels sleepy all da time n gets irritated 2 his 3yr old daughter after coming home n gets irritated to me his wife n old mother.

Ofcourse it is due to overworking.go for routine blood investigation to rule out anaemia,Vitamin deficiency,Calcium level.
Correct it by taking Muli vitamin tab under physician's guidance.
Proper rest,sleeping hour is to be maintained to overcome it.
Try to make him more familyman by taking intrest to solve his problem,If he has any.
