How Can Macular Edema Be Treated?
My friend was just diagnosed with macular edema - he does not have DM, his bp is normal so no antihypertensives are involved. He was advised by both his optometrist and ophthalmologist that his condition is stress-related and was advised to retire. I ve looked online and cannot find any correlation between stress/anxiety and ME. What are your thoughts on this?
