How Can Loose Motions And Gastritis Be Treated?

i have been having loose motion for the last three weeks and my mouth is also becoming red and sore. when I consulted a doctor he said it was a form of gastritis and gave me medication. However the loose motion has still not settled. Please advice, is it a serious illness.

Hello,

Chances of infection is likely and it could be protozoa infection if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with tab Metronidazole 400. Try some vitamin supplement too like multivitamin.
