How Can Knee Pain Be Treated?

I am having knee pain when I bend or straighten it, especially if sitting still for awhile. It began hurting me when I bent it getting into bed, bending it all the way. I just returned from a trip where I climbed stairs everyday, several times a day. It has remained painful as above since. Are there any exercises I can do to strengthen it so the pain decreases or what should I do?

Hi,

The treat of knee joint pain will depend on the cause. pain killers like ibrufen. asorin panadal is the first line. Muscle relaxant is very important, valium. The best diagnosis is done by x-ray, MRI, Rheumatoid factor, full hemogram in case on suppurative infection and Arthritis. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon or Rheumatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
