How Can Joint Pain In The Legs Be Treated?

I am 59 years old woman. I feel difficulty in performing any sorts of physical activities like; walking, working in standing or sitting, always want to be lay in bed, the joints of legs are feeling troublesome in folding while walking. I am taking gastric medicines and sleeping pills since 20/25 years. Please advise.
