Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy pimples on legs which occurs occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with application of aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Avoid exposure to sunlight and keep areas clean and dry. You should consult dermatologist once and get it examined. You can go for antibiotics (clindamycin) , corticosteroid ointment, and hydroquinone. Do not scratch pimples as they will get infected. Also drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
