I m having trouble with regular bowel movements, a lot are not even formed just soft and messes. Can be in bathroom for hours doing this, gas like pooh. Or I have some form and rest watery. Cramping, coughing can create an escape like gas but is pooh. At times I don t even feel it, comes out like a skinny pencil. I eat creek yogurt usually daily. Was using Benafiber still stool was to hard to pass. I m wondering if I should start small on Benafiber again?? I eat cooked veggies that are green, broccli, green beans fresh, aspergas on and on. I m disabled in a power chair legs don t function?? I m in need of advice??
