Can Melatonin Be Taken For Sleeplessness While On Enalapril, Levothroid, Advair And ProAir-HFA?
I have been taking generic Benadryl 50mg for sleep. I go to sleep easily, but wake up anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hour later. My sister was told to take melatonin, so I decided to research and see if it could work for me. I take Enalapryl 20mg, Levothyoid 100mg, Advair 250/50, ProAir HFA. I only take Advair in the morning if needed and ProAir during day if needed.

try to avoid all drug. can go for life style change. increase socialisation develop reading habit specialy before going to bed take regular morning walk.increase your physical activity in day time yoga and meditation may helpyou, consult naturopathy expert.
