Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of insect bite on the buttocks which seems to be due to allergic inflammation due to the toxin injected under the skin. Need not to worry.
I would suggest you to
- Take anti allergics like Levocetrizine and along with it take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
- Clean the area with antiseptic solution and then apply antiseptic ointment over it.
- Maintain proper hygiene and clean area and avoid any scratching to prevent infection.
If condition does not become better visit general physician once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
