General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The treatment of infertility depends on the cause.Absence of menses is often seen in anovulatory(no ovulation) cycles. You may see your Gynecologist for evaluation and a progesetrone challenge test.If the test comes positive, ovulation/fertility drugs like clomids may be prescribedAlso, a pelvic ultrasound will be very useful in your evaluation.Folic acid is good but may not be enough to make you pregnant if the cause is not handled.
Hope this will help
Best regards
