How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi Doc, I am 31 years old and have been married from last 4 years. In my HSG report, Right Fimbrial Block, Patent Left Fallopian Tube and Normal Uterine Cavity. I am trying for a baby from 2.5 years. Please suggest shall i get pregnant normally or i need to go for some treatment. Thanksg

Hi,
Welcome to Health care magic. I understand your concern.
You have to get ovulation study done. With regular ovulaying menstruation you have fair chance of pregnancy considering one patent fallopian tube.You can wait for normal conception for one year.
In case there is no +ve result OR if ovulation has some problem...considering your age, you should go for test tube baby. Consult a fertility specialist in that case.
