Hi
Thanks for the query to Health Care Magic .
As you stated that there was ovulation till August but after that no ovulation.
All of sudden missing of ovulation may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Tube blocking i.e. fallopian tube may be blocked due to unknown reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both tubes with M R I .
2 Hormonal changes , although you stated that hormones are normal but proper liberation at proper time is necessary for successful ovulation.
3 Immature size of follicles i.e. size of follicle should be around mm to 20 mm on day 14-15 at least to rupture and ENDOMETRIUM thickness must be around 11 mm to conceive.
4 Tipped uterus i.e. If uterus is tipped or retroverted woman amy have pain during intercourse and difficulty in conception.
Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of uterus .
In my opinion clomiphene ( siphene )only help in stimulation of follicle size and help in ovulation .
Sometimes gynecologist also advise there patient injection MENOGEN for infertility purposes , so consult an infertility specialist and get his opinion as mentioned above.
Hope this information will be useful for you .
Further , if any question I will reply.
Good luck.
