How Can Infertility Be Treated?

No egg white cervical mucus. Hi doc, i have been married for 2yrs+ and still trying to concive. Have had hcgshoys twice and taken clomiphen to no progress. One thing i have noticed is that i do not get the fertile mucus durong ovulation though i get signs of ovulations by spotting and pelvic pains. Unknown...

Hi, I think you should do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. Also track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound or ovulation detection kits. If ovulation is happening, then you can go for ovulation induction with timed intercourse. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles. If it doesn't work then you can go for IUI.
