How Can Infection And Pus Formation Around Ear Piercing Be Treated?

I have had my third homes in my ears for about two months now. Recently one of the third piercings started getting infected and then slowly started going away, and then out of no where it came back and it is now developing a bump that bleeds and has puss in it. Should I continue to clean it and twist it and see if it gets better? Or should I just take the earring out completely? I m worried that the skin is going to grow over the piercing. Thanks.

Thanks for your query. I have gone through through your query. The pus discharge along with blood is because of the infection. Nothing to be panic. You can take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacillin and tinidazole combination (if you are not allergic). I hope my answer will help you. Take care.
