How can i stop my hair fall and get rid of seborrheic dermatitis completely??

Hi doctor, I m 25 years old and i m suffering from seborrheic dermatitis from the past one year. I took treatment for that. The doctor subscribed me a lotion, gel and also a shampoo. I kept my hair short for few weeks and used these prescribed medicines. Somehow the symptoms got reduced in few weeks and so the doctor asked me to quit using the lotion and gel. Still i was using the shampoo to get rid of it completely. Unfortunately the symptoms started occuring again once the hair starts to grow and my hair loss problem is still continuing. Please suggest me a valuable tip for growing healthy hair and for preventing hair loss completely.

Hi.....dear Satish..,
Thanks for choosing HCM...,
SEBORRHEIC a skin disease which makes the skin greasy, flaky and scaly. Usually this disease affects the scalp area. It is also known as DANDRUFF..,
1) What type of food to recommend..... Try to have a more alkaline diet so try not to eat acidic foods such as tomatoes. An easy seborrheic dermatitis natural treatment is to drink enough water on a daily basis instead of tea, coffee, soda, or juice. We should drink at least eight glasses every day to keep our body like a well oiled machine. ..,
2) Similarly, drinking water is actually a great seborrheic dermatitis treatment as water stops the body from getting dehydrated and keeps our skin oily and moisturized.
3) Use NOSKURF lotion apply night times on scalp...
morning do head bath..,
4) Betamethasone and salicylic acid crea,, on scalp part..,
ok.,,,good luck

hello and welcome to HCM forum,
as your doctor has recommended you lotion and shampoo, you should use it as prescribed. you should use all the medication diligently to avoid flare up of your problem. as soon as the symptoms go away you can ask your concerned doctor to stop the medication. it can take 2-4 months to resolve completely, kindly use them regularly.
i wish you good health.
