Hi,Ali,
Thanks for query,
Your cholesterol is high,
You may not require medicine if you observe following,
Take very less fat and carbohydrate in diet,
no fried and junk food,
take fresh fruits and more green veges and salads.
Important is daily regular exercise like running, jogging, swimming for about 30-40 minutes.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. R. Rehan Baig's  Response
dear ali, do not worry. you can reduce your cholesterol by following a simple method. Take daily on empty stomach 5 to 6 bits of garlic. do not chew, as the saliva destroys the substance present in the garlic which reduces the cholesterol. Do not take any medicines to reduce the cholesterol, as this method is very old, and the secret for our ancestors health. Recent scientific research has confirmed this method. Apart from this do regular physical exercises and avoiding high fat junk food will resolve your problem.
