Maintain healthy diet. Be stress free . More you suckle the more your milk glands will secrete.

have a positive attitude, god has given u baby why will he deny breast-milk? negative thoughts, stress, tension, job lack of proper diet and exercise can let u lower ur milk production. take good diet, take more coconut , methi, suva-dana(dil), take tab-leptaden(ayurvedic product) 2 tabs thrice a day with milk, u surely will get sufficient milk. secondly dont diagnose that u have less milk by just feeling it, better if u go by babys weight gain , if its 20-30 grams per day since birth , probably u r having wrong thought of less milk. if genuinely less than consult doctor for alternative food for ur baby,
