welcome to healthcaremagic forum

Heigh doesnt increase in a month. Did you grow this tall in a month? no, it took 14 yrs. So keep doing activities like swimming, yog, tennis , badminton, skipping etc (which evr u like). Have good deit, containing milk, curd, eggs, leafy vegetables. You height depends on how tall your parents, brother ,sister are.
