How can i get rid from anxiety, flu and rapid heart rate ?

hi i am 33 years old my little kid is 6 years now after his delivery i felt weakness . trembling and worries some times high blood pressure my health is still same now i feel anxiety oftens i takes medicines different types of like inderal, seroxat, alprazolam and plendil lots of medicines , i offen feel worry when i think about my health i went to hospital several times in panic attacks also please help me how can i recover my health

dont take any type of tention in your mind for health probroblume,you take high died,yoga and morning walk,for your anxiety you should consult psycologist,bethout consulting you dont take any medicine.

Try to avoid stress and live life actively and full of joy with you kid.
Dont take any medicines for anxiety without any guidance of physician because short time taking, it will be not helpful.
Take multivitamin tab,protein milk powder...
Go for complete investigation and start medicines accordingly.
Try to be positive living ......Your kid really needs you at this stage.
