Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It is not necessary that PCOD means infertility. There are many patients of PCOD who have conceived normally. A cycle length of 27 days is absolutely normal. You can conceive with some regular treatment.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.

hello SONA,
welcome to HCM
first of all diet and exercise will help to bring down you weight and also regulate your body hormones
diabetic medications are needed to keep your blood sugar level under control
these medications plus life style modification will balance your hormonal system and help in ovulation
simultaneously clomid is added to stimulate ovulation and increase your chance of pregnancy
take care

Hello sona;
welcome to HeathcareMagic
The main criteria required to get pregnancy are:-
-regular periods
-proper ovulation
-patent fallopian tubes
-normal semen analysis of husband
Since you have PCOS get it treated ;get semen analysis of your husband done;consult a Gynaec to get investigated for fallopian tube patency by doing a HSG and get ovulation study done if all these are normal then you can get pregnant naturally and if required the Gynaecologist will help you with medicines to help you conceive.
Thanks
