Homeopath Dr. Gaurav Kackar's  Response
welcome to health care magic forum,
there are many reasons for hair fall, as we can understand that you love your hair a lot, but there is no need to get depress, there are many ways by which you can stop hair fall, it is basically by treating the root cause that is the reason why you are having so much of hair fall, for this you should go for homeopathic treatment,
because in Homeopathy we treat the root cause of disease, many doctor's may provide you local applications to use and multivitamins to eat, but this will give you only temporary solution, but if you are looking for permanent solution than you should go for Homeopathy,
Here are some tips for you to prevent Homeopathy,
Gently massage your scalp with fingertips after applying a hair oil.
Eat Indian gooseberry ( Aamla) in any form early in the day.
Eat all types of vegetables & fruits. This will ensure supply of minerals
and vitamins essential for hair growth.
Also eat protien rich food items.
While bathing, wash your head with cold water only.
It is winter and water is ice - cold, you can make it luke warm.
Dandruff is a cause of hair loss. Squeeze half a lemon to half a liter
of water and rinse your hair and scalp with this water as a cure to
dandruff. Do this no more than three times a week and for upto a month.
Rosemary oil is an aromatherapy oil, which can be applied to your hair
once in a week to reduce hair fall.
Never apply soap or high power shampoo on your head,
as it can affect healthy gowth of hair
Take Homeopathic treatment for your hair fall and use Homeoapthic hair oil
& shampoo.
