I am not sure you have multiple radiculopathy / MND. It needs further details of what is done like NCV/EMG report and nothing else than a personal examination by the doctor which can give proper diagnosis and advise

Based on your symptoms, its clear that you cannot move you left leg and cannot use your right hand. The left and right side of the body is controlled by different areas in the brain. The normal MRI which you are mentioning is likely of the Brain.

You will need further evaluation to find ut the root cause of your problem.
This will include,
1. MRI of whole spine,
2. Nerve Conduction studies of both upper and lower limbs and
3. Electromyogram

With this, we can 100 % pinpoint to the cause of our problem. Only then a definitive treatment can be advised.
