How Can I Gain Weight?

Ok so I m a 14 year old girl(almost15) I ve been underweight for almost 2 years. I ve been trying to gain weight healthy but it s not really happening. I weigh 102 lbs and I m 5 ft 4 in. But the major issue is my stomach. I eat healthy but the only place I gain weight is my stomach. I ve talked to a nutritionist but it didnt help. And before u ask I m not anorexic. I know I m underweight and I really want to have shape. When I was younger I was chubby and then in 7 th grade I tried to lose weight(bad idea) I lost a lot of weight and I never have been to put any weight on. I really need help with ways I can gain weight and lose my stomach fat. Please help me!

Start exercising regularly (running and aerobic exercises would do), and eat avoid food containing refined carbohydrates. Check your family history of familial obesity or delayed growth in terms of height.

Some people have a low metabolic rate, thus they have to work that extra mile for the same results.
