How Can I Do Abortion Without Undergoing Surgical Abortion?

I want to end my early pregnency. im now 5 weeks pregnency. i call up a doctor but non of them can give me a better way. im living in Melbourne Australia. All they want to do is surgical abortion. i ask for medication but non of them would. it cost me 1k aus. i dont have that much money.

Medical abortion can be done up to 9 weeks of pregnancy, but is usually very effective up to 6-7 weeks. For this, you would need a specialist to confirm the presence of an intrauterine pregnancy and the age of gestation through a trans-vaginal sonogram; prescribe you the necessary medication and the dosage after required investigations, follow up the process and confirm the completion of the abortion through a physical exam and a follow up sonogram. Surgical abortion is usually not needed when the process is properly followed. Hope this helps.
