Hi! this is my first time here. I am on low carb about 150 total daily and I feel this tiredness in my thighs. I have chosen this diet to control my blood glucose instead of being on meds ( met or gliptins ) because of the long term side effects of these meds. I have also a hyper-acidity problem which seem to be under control. I am worried being on med will bring it back.
At this carb level my glucose test 1 hr after meal is between 140-148 and goes down to 120 and below after two hours.
Can you help me out? what are my options, if there are any?
