hello doctor ,i m 27 yrs old newly married my lmp is 2 april and in sonography doctor found a t. o. mass in uterus and endometrium is 19mm thick and my prolactin is 23.2ng/ml so what s the reason

regarding your delayed periods the prolactin and TO mass might not be the cause. Do a urine pregnancy test
regarding t o mass what is the size and nature of the mass, what abt your menstrual history and your clinical examination( internal) findings that might through some light
