How Can I Be Sure Of My Pregnancy ?

my name is kelis i am married. I missed my period for two months now and i was wondering if i could be pregnant .my nipples are very tender constant backache headache and fatigue, am too afraid to get a pregnancy test done cause i have been trying to get pregnant but it never worked, but could this be it?i have cravings and and i sleep alot, some dark pigmentation is strecthing from the side of my belly and some under my breast.i have cramps but no period.am i pregnant?

Best & simplest way to confirm pregnancy is pregnancy test or ultrasound ,so get it done ,there is nothing to be scared.Sign & symptoms suggest pregnancy ,but don`t confirm it .
