How Can I Avoid Feeling Drowsy While Walking ?

I am Female, 35yrs old. Lately I noticed that I feel very sleepy even I am walking. I got approx 8hrs to sleep daily & I am a working women. Wish Dr can able to explain further on this. By CherryBerry_sam

Thank you for choosing health care magic. Even though your sleep duration is sufficient enough to keep you active &refresh during the day time you are still feeling sleepy. It could be because of lack of quality in sleep. I would like to know about your weight, snoring problem, any other ENT problems . Ask your family members about snoring problem. Try to change your sleep habits. Be relaxed before sleep. Do not watch TV. Do not eat a large meal before sleep. Have a shower with luke warm water. Listen to the soft music. Follow these measures for 2 weeks and if you do not find any change I would advise you to see a sleep physician and have your sleep study done.

Dear ,thanks for posting your query.It is the quality of sleep that matters rather then quantity.Though you are taking adequate sleep and still feeling sleepy,there has to be a cause for it.Please get your blood pressure and sugar check up done.If you are over weight then loose weight,try to avoid taking tea/coffee after late evening,take light dinner and go for a walk before you go to sleep.For more guidance please visit your doctor.bye and take care.
