How Can Hypotension Be Treated?

My husband takes 1000 mg Ranexa, 30 mg isosorbide, 5 mg eliquis & 81 mg aspirin every morning with breakfast and within the hour, his blood pressure mad drop to 100/50 s or even 80 s/40 s. He was also taking 25 mg imdure with these, but now takes it a couple hours later hoping to stop this sudden drop. But it still drops. He also takes these meds with the evening meal, increasing the isosorbide to 90 mg. Sometimes he experiences this sudden drop in BP in the late afternoon. He is 70 and has blockages that cannot be fixed. He also has angina and takes the nitrostat tablets when needed. Any suggestions to prevent this BP drop?
